Not This Again?
From 2012 to 2022, my garage saw a whirlwind of two-wheeled and four-wheeled adventures. It started with buying a Vespa GTV, only to sell it and move on to a Honda 700. The Honda made way for a BMW F700GS, and in an unexpected twist, I bought back the Vespa GTV. But the saga didn't end there. I sold the BMW F700GS to acquire a BMW R1200R, sold the Vespa GTV 300, then eventually let go of the BMW R1200R. The grand finale? Purchasing an MGB and then parting ways with it too. By 2023, I found myself vehicle-free and at peace.
But fast forward to today, and my garage once again houses an MGB, this time with a hard top and overdrive. Is it perfect? No. Was it affordable? Yes. Does it need some tinkering and love? Absolutely.
